We offer a fully comprehensive circuit training program based on a HITT (high intensity interval training) foundation delivering rapid results in weight management, muscle toning/sculpting/conditioning, improving stability, coordination, balance, flexibility and agility.
This would involve engaging in sustainable workout/exercise programs or routines, working together with the right balance of nutrients (macronutrients and micronutrients), that span the different classes of specific food types with the aim to facilitate achieving fitness goals
Our high intensity, low volume exercises and complementary quick meal guides are composed to suit the busy executives, busy mums, and students to help them cope with the stresses that come with their daily activities.
We offer personal training services, nutrition advice on weight loss or weight gain and group workout classes.
